-When working on the electrical ciecuit, switch off and disconnect the supply voltage.
-First of all ,remove an disconnect the power supply for any maintenance work which has to be carried out on the machine with the protective covers removed.
-Replace damaged or broken safety devices immediately .Never electrically bypass the automatic safety devices.
-Regularly cheek the presence and readability of the pictograms on the machine .Take any steps which may be necessary .A diagram of the pictograms used is recorded in the appendices.
-Regularly check all moving and turning parts for wear ,and replace if necessary.
Consult the supplier of lubricating agents for safety leaflets. These publications give information about safe working, health and environmental regulations, procedures to be followed in the event of disasters etc.
◆Check the wire belt for damage.
If slightly damaged. the mesh can
perhaps be bent back into shape. If
a larger section is damaged, then it
should be replaced.
If the belt is worn.,(not smooth, edges protrude upwards) then fit a new belt.
◆If necessary, the belt can be shortened by removing a section.
◆Check for damage/wear. Replace if
◆Check the retaining device on the axle. If necessary, tighten the adjusting screw.
◆Check the play in the axle in relation
to the chain wheel. If necessary, re-
place the chain wheel.
◆Check the wear on the teeth. If necessary. replace the chain wheel.
Is lubricated by the chain
◆Check tension. If necessary, readjust.
◆Check for wear and smooth running
Replace if necessary.
When replacing the chain replace the
chain wheels at the same time.
Grease type: A chain grease with an outstanding resistance against
(being washed away by)water
◆Check for damage. Replace if necessary
◆The variator/worm wheel reduction gear Should be checked regularly for the following:
◆Check securing bolts and tighten as
◆Check reductor ventilation.
◆Remove adhered dirt from the drive
as necessary due to the amount of
heat being discharged (pay particular attention to the motor cooling fins).
◆Check for leakage.
◆Check oil level when idle.
The oil level must be at the halfway
point in the level gauge. Add oil if necessary
Change the oil after every 2,000 hours of operation.
Before adding new oil. clean
The variator with a flushing oil.
Lifetime lubrication before 30,000 hours. When replacing the lubricant thoroughly clean the casing.
